What other PM fees do you charge?

$85 per month for your property's Ring Security and Kwikset subscriptions, Landlord Registration, Tax Collection and Remittance.

Is there an "Owners Reserve" required?

Yes. $1,000 is required per unit to be held in PM Broker's account in order to fund the cashflow of monthly income and expense activity
How do I get paid?

Every month, we manage all incomes and expenses related to the property. Once the month's financial activities has been reconciled, we pay the owner all monthly profits via ACH

Will I have an Owner Portal?

Yes. All owners are provided a portal where data and documents are housed for your convenience
Is this completely hands off investing?

All owners are required to manage the payment of their mortgage, property taxes, insurance and utilities. Additionally, if problems arise that are beyond a normal scope of management, we will include the Owner in decision making of those problems (i.e. insurance claims, natural disasters, local/regional/national emergencies, etc)
